How to Spot Potential Clients
When evaluating profiles, here’s what we’re looking for to identify potential clients:
Key Indicators of a Business-Focused Profile:
- Professional profile picture – No selfies, kids, or floral images. A polished, professional headshot is a must.
- Business-related banner – Their cover photo should clearly reflect their business or personal brand.
- Clear bio/intro – It should explicitly state who they serve and what they do.
- Professional website – A strong, credible website is non-negotiable.
- Business-focused posts – Their recent activity should show they’re actively promoting their business.
These five traits signal they’re serious about using social media for business. While there may be exceptions, this rule of thumb saves time and helps focus on high-potential prospects. The more boxes they check, the better the odds they’ll be a great fit.
Who We Serve:
Our ideal client is an online coach, consultant, or entrepreneur in years 3-5 of their business. They’ve found success with a proven concept, have paying clients, and are ready to scale their influence.
Who we don’t serve: brick-and-mortar business owners. While we’ve worked with this audience in our past business, their goals and challenges don’t align with our expertise.
What Our Clients Want:
Our people are visionary online entrepreneurs who want to:
- Share their stories on bigger platforms.
- Leverage others’ networks through podcast appearances and media features.
- Expand their influence to ensure their work and wisdom leave a lasting legacy.
They’ve achieved success but are hungry for more—more visibility, more impact, and more opportunities to amplify their message. These are the clients we’re here to serve.
